This speedo is showing KMH not MPH, just watch the bikes as they start moving. The speedo goes quickly from 0 to 20 as they turn to straighten the bikes. This does not happen at 20 MPH.

No, the speedo is not showing km/h. Km/h is shown in the inner ring, mph in the outer.
I'm not so sure this is fake. I've seen videos of cars doing 180+mph and it never seems fast on video. Sure the speedo could be off if he changed the gearing, but he's still going flat out in 6th gear, and even on a stock bike that equals to about 190mph.
