A Mean, Green 2015 Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout Build
When it comes to taking on a new project, there are certainly a lot of mixed emotions thrown into the mix. Whether it’s despair regarding a budget and a lacking bank account or excitement for what is to come, it’s very easy for one’s thoughts and feelings toward their ride to change quickly and often. After all, sometimes it feels like a the ride is fighting you, and other times like it is begging for attention. Of course, from time to time everything just feels perfect, and that reminds us as to why we took on the build in the first place!
HDForums member weezl has recently taken on a build of his own, and so far it’s coming along well! The ride is a 2015 Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout, and he just picked it up a few days ago. The ride is painted in Radioactive Green and is an ex-demo model, which resulted in a few small bumps an scrapes here and there. Still, this bike definitely has potential!
The most recent thing that weezl has done to his ride is remove the packing from the stock mufflers. Soon he plans to add Ape Hangers, since he finds himself “bending over to tire [his] shoes, just to reach the controls!” From there, we’re sure weezl has an abundance of other plans and idea for his outstanding bike!
